Communication regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Due to the unprecedented circumstances in which we find ourselves, some of the services of GEN INCODE S.L.U  may be modified in accordance with the measures taken by health authorities.

We are doing everything possible to minimize the impact that any changes will make on our clients. That’s why our online client portal (SITAB/web) will remain fully operational. We will also put ourselves in direct contact with any clients who make new service requests to best manage them under present circumstances.

During the State of Alarm, we have also necessarily reduced trips to client locations by our technical and commercial teams to the absolute minimum. Rest assured that we continue to be completely available by telephone, email, and/or video calls. Our priority at GEN INCODE S.L.U. is the health of both our clients and staff.
